Alina: The alinaranja amazonIt is a medium-sized parrot, measuring 33 cm in length and weighing 340 g on average. Both sexes are similar, its plumage is mainly green with white or yellow forehead, yellow cheeks and blue eye rings. It also has orange underwing coverts.

It feeds on seeds and fruit, including the fruit of palms and sometimes cacao. It is usually seen in pairs, although it is not uncommon to see it in flocks of 50 or more individuals.
