Cubeo (Pamíva, children of the Ancestral Anaconda - Kubeo, Paniwa, Cobewa, Hipnwa, Kaniwa). The Cubeo people are located in the department of Vaupés, on the borders with Venezuela and Brazil. Their population is estimated at 3926 individuals. Some authors classify their language as belonging to the Central Tucano language.
