Guamúez or Guamués, is an Amazonian river in Colombia, which runs through the department of Putumayo and is a tributary of the upper Putumayo River, one of the main tributaries of the Amazon River, The Guamúez River rises in the Andes, with an extension of 14 km by 5.4 km at its widest part and 75 m in its deepest part.
It flows into the Putumayo River very close upstream from the city of Puerto Asis.
